Unlimited vacation for employees of Dubai-based company

  DUBAI – Dubai-based transport service Careem is giving its employees unlimited vacation, joining the Virgin group and Netflix in implementing the open holiday policy. The “Unlimited Vacation” policy means employees can take as many vacation days as they want. Careem, in a blog post, said it trusts employees to “take ownership and responsibility, which means we don't need to mandate work/life balance”.
