Dubai Crown Prince approves results of Customer and Employee Happiness Indices for 2022
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, approves the Dubai Government Customer and Employee Happiness Indices for 2022 on Wednesday. The findings of the 2022 indices were presented publicly on January 18 each year by the Dubai Government Excellence Program, which runs under the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai. This program is part of the program's ongoing efforts to improve the quality of services offered by Dubai government agencies. Sheikh Hamdan evaluated the results of the Dubai Government Excellence Programme's Customer Happiness Index, which has been tracking for nearly two decades. The Crown Prince of Dubai praised the Customer Contentment Index 2022 results, saying, "I am thrilled with the achievements of Dubai government institutions, which recorded an average customer happiness rate of 86%." Sheikh Hamdan commended the top three companies in the Customers Happiness Index: Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (97.4%), Dubai Chambers (97%), and Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (94.4%). Sheikh Hamdan also praised the work of government agencies that achieved the most significant levels of employee contentment.
