In honor of artists, creatives, and designers, the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has begun planning for the 11th edition of the Sikka Art and Design Festival, which will take place in Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood from February 24 to March 5, 2023. Dubai Culture aims to provide an excellent festival edition highlighting Dubai's increasing artistic and creative environment. Dubai Culture has announced the opening of the open call for the festival's 2023 edition, inviting all creatives, artists, and designers to submit their work for exhibition. The Authority will begin accepting applications on November 24, with a submission deadline on December 31, 2022. BKM/ Expat Media
