A Filipina resident in Dubai is now Dh50,000 richer after winning the grand prize of the LM Exchange Lucky Money promotion. Sheryll Quijano, a cleaner living in Satwa area, said she was ecstatic to win the draw after sending money home. She did not disclose details about the remittance that won her the grand prize. Quijano received her prize on March 3 and was accompanied by her husband, Nelson. She said that they will use her winnings to invest in a business. The couple has been living in Dubai for more than six years. The Lucky Money promotion gave LM Exchange customers the chance to win Dh500 per day as well as the chance to win Dh10,000 in the monthly draws for every remittance. They also qualified for the grand draw for the Dh50,000 prize. Freedom Card holders tripled their chances of winning in the Lucky Money draws. The promotion ran from October 6 to January 5.
