A Dubai traffic court has fined a European man Dh5,000 after convicting him of a hit-and-run incident in Business Bay while driving without a valid license. Prosecutors said the man reversed his vehicle without caution, colliding with another car and causing damage. Instead of stopping or reporting the accident, he allegedly fled the scene “without justification.” Dubai Police later identified the suspect using surveillance cameras and arrested him. Investigators confirmed that he did not hold a valid UAE driver’s license at the time. The court found him guilty of causing an accident, fleeing the scene, and driving without a license, and imposed a Dh5,000 fine. ICA/Expat Media
