Dubai: Fresh produce from the world's largest vertical farm will soon be sold in stores

The world's largest vertical farm in the UAE, claims to be able to produce one million kilograms of green leafy vegetables annually while using 95% less water than conventional farming techniques. The farm uses a hydroponics method which allows the plants to be harvested in just six weeks. Spinach, kale, arugula, and four other kinds of lettuce, including Romaine, Ruby Sky, Lalique, and Batavia, are currently being grown on the farm. Products from the vertical farm are guaranteed clean and fresh with their non-contaminated, carefully controlled process.
