Dubai Global Village temporarily closes due to unstable weather

Due to bad weather, Dubai's Global Village will be closed starting on Saturday (January 7), according to a tweet from the entertainment destination. It will reopen and resume operations at 4 p.m. on January 8, 2023. Since early this morning, the UAE has been experiencing rainfall across the country. As the rain poured on the emirates, dark clouds loomed overhead. The National Centre of Meteorology warned earlier today that rain of varying intensity could occur, particularly over coastal, northern, and eastern areas. Temperatures are also anticipated to fall.
