Effective March 2025, Dubai’s public parking fees will see an increase during peak hours, as part of the Roads and Transport Authority’s (RTA) Variable Parking Tariff Policy to ease congestion. The new tariffs include Dh6 per hour for premium parking zones and Dh4 per hour for standard zones during peak hours: 8am to 10am and 4pm to 8pm on weekdays. Off-peak hours, from 10am to 4pm and 8pm to 10pm, will retain existing rates. Parking will remain free overnight, from 10pm to 8am, and all day on Sundays. Additionally, starting February 2025, a Dh25 per hour congestion pricing fee will apply near event zones, beginning with the Dubai World Trade Centre during major events. ICA/Expat Media
