The rankings are based on an analysis of 149 million property views and 12 million search queries from Skyloov’s 3.1 million monthly users, highlighting the most sought-after areas for buyers, renters, and investors in the UAE. Dubai continues to dominate the property market, accounting for 42 percent of total inquiries, reaffirming its status as a global real estate hub. Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi follows with 36.6 percent, driven by increasing demand for luxury waterfront and family-friendly communities.Top property hotspots in the UAE for 2025: • Dubai: International City, Meydan, Jumeirah Village Circle • Abu Dhabi: Al Reem Island, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Khalifa City • Sharjah: Muwaileh
Affordability remains a key factor for renters, with International City, Al Reem Island, and Muwaileh ranking as the top choices. Meanwhile, investors are gravitating towards Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, and Yas Island, thanks to their high rental yields and long-term capital appreciation potential. Dr. Abdulaziz Albwardi, Chairman of the Board at Skyloov, commented on the evolving market trends, stating, “The real estate landscape in the UAE is evolving rapidly, with a strong shift toward data-driven decision-making. Our latest insights highlight the growing appeal of emerging and established communities, driven by factors such as affordability, lifestyle preferences, and investment potential.” One of the key developments set to further boost International City’s appeal is the upcoming Dubai Metro Blue Line, which will connect the area to Dubai International Airport and key urban hubs by 2029. The project, valued at Dh20.5 billion, will include 14 stations and accommodate up to 46,000 passengers per hour, significantly improving connectivity for residents. With growing investor confidence and infrastructure upgrades in the pipeline, International City remains a top choice for both budget-conscious renters and long-term investors. ICA/Expat Media
