Dubai launches ‘watch your words’ campaign to combat bullying

To combat bullying, the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children (DFWC) launched the "watch your words" project, which targets children, adolescents, and adults. According to Sheikha Saeed Al Mansouri, Acting Director General of DFWC, the project aims to raise awareness about the repercussions of bullying and promote a school atmosphere free of all forms of violence. Sheikha Saeed Al Mansouri said that the campaign focuses on bullying behavior's social, psychological, and legal consequences. The establishment of this program is aligned with the Foundation's plans and objectives of developing and consolidating child-friendly practices and standards, as well as increasing Emirati leadership in caring for children and ensuring their full rights.
