The Dubai Metro station.

Four Dubai Metro stations are temporarily closed, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on Saturday (May 4). According to the RTA, the temporary closure is due to recent weather conditions, and trains will not stop in Onpassive, Equiti, Mashreq and Energy stations. “Shuttle buses will run parallel to the areas affected by the closures” to help commuters reach their destination, the RTA added. Several Dubai Metro stations have undergone maintenance work following a massive flooding in Dubai during the April 16 rain. Earlier this week, the city also saw some more rainfall.
