Dubai Metro services start at 3am on Sunday (November 23) to accommodate tens of thousands of participants heading to Dubai Run 2025. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) confirmed that services will run until midnight, ensuring smooth access to the starting areas on Sheikh Zayed Road. Runners have been advised to use World Trade Centre Metro Station, which provides the fastest access to both routes. The RTA reminded commuters to top up their nol cards with the minimum balance to avoid delays: • Dh15 (Silver) • Dh30 (Gold) Dubai Run returns for its ninth edition this year, turning city’s busiest highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, into the world’s largest running track for one day. Roads in and around the venue will be closed from 3am to 10am, according to the RTA. This year's run features the 5km family-friendly run and the longer 10km route. Dubai Run is one of the most popular events under the month-long Dubai Fitness Challenge. Last year, Dubai Run made a record-breaking turnout of 278,000 participants, led by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. CAM/Expat Media
