Get ready for the biggest fitness weekend of the year! From October 24 to 26, Expo City Dubai will host Dubai Active, Dubai Muscle Show, and Dubai Active Industry — the region’s largest celebration of health, fitness, and wellness. Organized by IEG Middle East in partnership with the Dubai Sports Council, the event’s ninth edition promises high-energy workouts, star-studded meetups, and cutting-edge fitness showcases. More than 40,000 visitors, 2,000 athletes, and 400 brands are expected to take part in the three-day spectacle, featuring global fitness icons Kayla Itsines, Leana Deeb, James Smith, Bradley Simmonds, and Diren Kartal. Attendees can join workouts at the Active Arena, attend expert panels at Dubai Active Talks, or relax at the Yoga & Pilates Studio. Meanwhile, the Dubai Muscle Show brings together top bodybuilding champions, and Dubai Active Industry connects global wellness leaders for networking and innovation.
