The authorities have reported that a 28-year-old Emirati was fatally stabbed during a recently held party at a villa in Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai. The emirate's public prosecution questions nine Emiratis detained in connection with the murder. The suspects admitted to the authorities that they were all partying at the villa's front lawn when, suddenly, they saw one of their friends — an Emirati identified as A.H. — coming out of the house with blood stains all over his pants, according to the initial investigation. A short time later, the victim was bleeding and made his way to the backyard, where he eventually passed away, according to the report. After getting a call about the incident, the Dubai Police sent a group of CID officers to the scene. But when the police showed up, the victim had already passed away. According to the police investigation, he was discovered in the backyard lying in a pool of blood. The police assembled a task force to identify and locate the suspects after collecting evidence and moving the body to a forensic lab for an autopsy. Four of the nine Emiratis were discovered in Sharjah and were apprehended in cooperation with the emirate's police. The investigation of the case is still underway.
