Dubai Police has awarded two men for their efforts in spreading traffic awareness through an AI-driven video that educated the public on advanced radar detection systems and traffic violations. The video, which gained more than 726,000 views on social media, aimed to inform drivers about the latest traffic monitoring technologies in Dubai. Brigadier Essam Ibrahim Al Awar, Acting Deputy Director of the General Department of Traffic, commended the efforts of Zayed Al Raisi and Abdul Rahman Al Wadi during a recognition ceremony. “Public participation in road safety initiatives is crucial. These young men have contributed to a safer driving culture,” he said. Dubai Police’s initiative aligns with their ongoing mission to enhance traffic safety and reduce violations through technology and community engagement. The awareness campaign comes as Dubai continues to expand its AI-driven traffic control systems, which can detect speeding, sudden lane changes, and other violations in real-time.
