Dubai's Land Department (DLD) reports that the real estate market in Dubai saw 476 sales worth Dh1.17 billion on Monday, along with 92 mortgage deals totaling Dh181.95 million and 20 gift deals totaling Dh35.42 million. The total value of the real estate transactions completed up to this point has exceeded Dh1.3 billion. The sales included 430 villas and apartments worth Dh845.38 million, 46 land plots worth Dh322.29 million, 73 villas and apartments worth Dh120.7 million, and 19 land plots valued at Dh61.88 million.
