Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced its dynamic public transport master plan for residents and visitors in fan zones in Dubai and travelers flying via Al Maktoum International Airport to attend FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM (20 November – 18 December 2022). Metro, buses, taxis, and marine transit are part of the integrated mass transit plan. RTA plans to operate 1,382 metro trips daily, add 700 taxis to its fleet of 11,310, and deploy 60 public buses and three modes of water transit for the huge event. The city's mass transit will elevate Dubai supporters and those traveling to Qatar via Al Maktoum International Airport for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM. BKM/ Expat Media
