Dubai Nol Pay app just got 4 times better: new features announced
The Nol Pay app just got an upgrade with four new features, according to Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Among the new app features is the ability to "instantly top-up the balance at any time, anywhere, and across all platforms." By linking their RTA account with their digital ID account, users can now apply and renew personalised Nol cards. The registration process for unidentified Nol cards has also been simplified by allowing users to log in using their digital ID accounts. It also offers the service of tracking the application status and sending notifications. "Customers have saved time by not having to enter their data manually and the service application process has greatly minimised," according to state news agency WAM. The Nol card allows commuters to conveniently pay the fares of various public transport in Dubai, such as the Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, buses, taxis, and marine transport. The card is available in four types including adults, students, senior citizens, and people of determination.
