Registration for Dubai Run 2025 is officially underway, transforming Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road into the world’s largest running track on November 23. As of Monday (October 27), organizers confirmed that t-shirt allocations have been completed, with all available shirts already claimed by early registrants. However, registration for the run remains open and free through dubairun.com, allowing participants to still secure their race bibs for the much-anticipated event. The Dubai Run t-shirt has become a beloved collectible since the yearly event was moved to Sheikh Zayed Road in 2019. Many long-time runners consider it a symbol of their continued commitment to fitness and community spirit. Part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), now on its ninth edition, this year’s event carries the theme “Year of the Community”, aligning with the UAE’s national focus for 2025. Speaking at the DFC launch, Khalfan Belhoul, Vice Chairman of Dubai Sports Council, said: “With 2025 declared the Year of Community in the UAE, I am confident that this year’s edition will once again unite friends, families, and organizations in the shared pursuit of a healthier, more active lifestyle.” Last year’s Dubai Run broke records with 278,000 participants, led by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. On November 23, the city’s main highway will once again be closed to traffic as runners, joggers, and walkers of all fitness levels take over the streets for this one-of-a-kind experience.
