Ready to hit the road, but a car is blocking your way? Dubai Police has provided a simple way to report them. Here is what to do: 1. Open the Dubai Police app 2. Select "Report Obstructing Vehicle" service 3. The vehicle owner will then be contacted. Dubai Police advises everyone to assess the situation before dialing the emergency number 999.
