The Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) begins on Friday (June 28) to offer shoppers massive discounts, as well as deals on dining and leisure. Organizer Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment said the 27th edition of DSS will run until September 1 for 65 days of shopping, events, raffle draws and dining and hotel offers. DSS brings the best bargains at top brands across the city, with hot deals and limited-time offers on everything from fashion items to electronics. On the event front, DSS will bring concerts at the Coca Cola Arena, starting with Georges Wassouf and Al Shami on June 28, followed by rappers Xzibit, D12 and Obie Trice on June 29.
