RTA's Dubai Taxi Corporation focuses on innovative training methods to improve driver skills and service quality in line with international standards.

The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) has successfully trained 4,400 drivers to enhance their work efficiency and transportation services in line with the highest global benchmarks. The training took place at the Drivers Training Centre, which is tailored to adopt innovative and sustainable practices for ensuring customer satisfaction. The Drivers Training Centre, recognized for its various regional and international certifications and awards, has conducted various training programs on incident prevention, performance enhancement, task familiarity, and responsibility understanding. The center has also organized workshops centered on crucial subjects such as traffic regulations, public safety, customer service, communication prowess, accommodating people of determination, and managing emergencies. Abdelrahman Obaid Albah, the Director of Drivers Happiness, said, "The programs included 134 training courses based on best practices and benchmarks of safe driving, customer service, and traffic health and safety.” Highlighting the commitment to enhancing human resource capabilities, Albah added, "DTC attaches great importance to developing the skills of its human resources and is keen to employ innovative strategies, advanced methods for qualification of drivers, including the utilisation of the technology and artificial intelligence."
