Shopping in Dubai this summer could lead to more than discounts, with residents and visitors getting the chance to win one of 12 residential properties simply by spending Dh500 at participating retailers. The Win Your Home in Dubai campaign, which began on May 22, will run until August 30 as part of the emirate's summer retail season, including Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS). The initiative is organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, in collaboration with Dubai Chambers. More than 1,000 brands across 3,500 outlets are participating in the citywide promotion. How to join
Residents and visitors aged 18 and above can enter the raffle by: • Spending at least Dh500 in a single transaction at any participating outlet. • Scanning the campaign QR code. • Uploading the purchase receipt. Each qualifying Dh500 spent earns one raffle entry, while every additional Dh500 spent generates another entry. Entries automatically roll over throughout the campaign, giving shoppers who join earlier more opportunities to win. A studio apartment will be awarded every week throughout the campaign. The promotion will conclude with a grand draw for a two-bedroom apartment. All 12 residential units have been provided by Binghatti Developers, the campaign's exclusive real estate partner. Ahmed Al Khaja, Chief Executive Officer of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, said the campaign transforms everyday shopping into an opportunity for long-term investment. "Win Your Home in Dubai offers residents and visitors a unique opportunity to take a step towards homeownership while engaging with the city's retail landscape," Al Khaja said. Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, said the prize represents more than simply owning property. "It is a step towards building a future and belonging to a city of opportunity. We are delighted to contribute the 12 residential units and help more people take that step," he said.
