Dubai is getting another world-breaking super structure, with the Franck Muller Aeternitas to rise in the Dubai Marina and take the title of world’s tallest branded residential clocktower. The residential clocktower is being developed by UAE-based London Gate and Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller. It is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2027. “Franck Muller Aeternitas tower narrates a story of opulence, setting new heights in the realm of luxury living,” said Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller. The Franck Muller Aeternitas will have 106 floors, with a total height of 450 metres The tower will house a range of residences, including the Sky Mansions, Sky villas, and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Residential apartments will be priced starting at Dh1.6 million.
