Bluewaters Island, home to the iconic Ain Dubai, is set to receive a Dh1 billion upgrade with two new residential towers. The luxury waterfront project, named Bluewaters Bay, will feature 678 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses. The towers will be linked by a podium featuring retail outlets, F&B options, and premium amenities. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: "Bluewaters Bay is nestled in a prime location, offering unparalleled access to world-class entertainment, pristine beaches, and a curated selection of retail and dining experiences." The project is scheduled for completion in late 2027. The billion-dirham upgrade will add a podium level for new retail outlets and restaurants, as well as a landscaped promenade, outdoor pool, children's play area and barbecue facilities for residents.
