Egyptian expat honored for returning money found at Ajman parking lot   DUBAI – Ajman Police honoured a 41-year-old Egyptian man for his honesty after the expatriate returned money that he found at a parking lot in Ajman. Mohammad Sayed Mohammed found an undisclosed amount of money at the parking lot of China Mall in Ajman. He immediately contacted police to hand over the money that he found. Captain Faisal Marwan Al Matroushi, Acting Head of Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station in Ajman, gave Mohammad a certificate of appreciation for his honesty. Al Matroushi said Mohammad’s honesty is worth emulating. This is not the first time that UAE residents have returned sums of money that they found. Last year, a public bus driver in Dubai was honoured for his honesty after returning a bag that contained Dh250,000. In 2019, a 27-year-old Filipina manager of Starbucks at The Dubai Mall was honored by the Dubai Police for returning Dh195,000 left by a customer at the café. ICA/Expat Media
