Dubai’s flagship airline, Emirates, is on the lookout for more Filipino cabin crew members, with a recruitment drive scheduled for Thursday (October 17). The Recruitment Day will be held in Manila starting at 9am (Philippine time) through Emirates' appointed agency, IPAMS. Applicants can reach out to IPAMS here. With over 775 Filipino cabin crew members currently employed, the airline continues to rank the Philippines among its top 10 nationalities in terms of staff representation. In a statement, Emirates highlighted the exceptional qualities Filipinos bring to their workforce, praising their hospitality, dedication, and warm demeanor. “Filipinos are known to extend a warm welcome to guests and are often willing to go the extra mile to assist others,” according to the airline. The recruitment drive promises successful applicants a tax-free salary, competitive flying pay, eligibility for profit share, and other perks, such as free accommodation in Dubai, transportation to and from work, and excellent medical, dental, and life insurance coverage. In addition, Emirates offers cabin crew the chance to explore the world, with layover expenses covered, annual leave tickets, and the ability to bid for preferred flights and destinations. Applicants can also enjoy living in Dubai, described by Emirates as "one of the safest, most secure, vibrant, and tech-savvy cities in the world."
