Emirates has been named the “World’s Best Airline” in a comprehensive study conducted by Telegraph Travel, outshining 90 other global carriers. The ranking, based on more than 30 criteria, celebrated the Dubai-based airline for its excellence in areas such as punctuality, baggage allowance, route network, and in-flight experience. Described as a "worthy winner," Emirates’ performance across key categories like fleet quality, passenger comfort, and customer service solidified its spot at the top. The airline’s extensive network, spanning 140 cities in 77 countries, combined with its cutting-edge fleet of Airbus A380s, was praised for providing passengers with unmatched comfort. "Emirates ticks nearly every box, from punctuality to the largest fleet of A380s, which is passengers’ favorite due to its space and legroom," Telegraph Travel noted. The airline's business class, which includes a chauffeur service, and its premium economy, recognized as the best in the sky, were also commended. In 2024, Emirates has won 19 additional awards for excellence from various global organizations, cementing its position as a leader in the aviation industry. With a legacy of outstanding service, the airline continues to be a top choice for long-haul travel and premium experiences. “This recognition reaffirms our commitment to providing world-class service,” said an Emirates spokesperson. “We are proud to deliver the best flying experience to millions of passengers globally.” The airline was also acknowledged for its first-class service, featuring a highly regarded wine list and in-flight showers, as well as the airline’s safety record and loyalty program.
