Emirati, Filipino win appeal in Dubai apartment break-in case

  DUBAI – An Emirati businessman and a Filipino sales manager have won their appeal and were cleared of the charge of breaking into an apartment in Dubai. The case arose after the European tenant filed a police case against the duo, alleging that the sent workers to break into her apartment and transferred her belongings to another room to carry out maintenance work.
