Premium services to expect

Etihad’s luxurious First and Business Class lounges set new standards in passenger comfort. Spanning three floors, the lounges feature: Be Relax Spa: Open to all passengers, with complimentary treatments for First Class and Residence guests. Liwan Global Dining: Live cooking stations and buffet options offering international cuisine. Constellation Bar: A striking centerpiece with a 25-meter glass sculpture depicting Abu Dhabi’s skyline. Passengers enjoy direct boarding access, family spaces, relaxation rooms, day beds, and VIP amenities. Upon arrival, First Class travelers can refresh at the Etihad Chauffeur waiting area, complete with showers and snacks before their luxury ride. Terminal A is equipped with cutting-edge biometric technology, enabling a seamless journey from check-in to boarding in just 30 seconds. Additionally, the US Customs and Border Protection facility offers preclearance services, allowing passengers to complete immigration formalities before departure, ensuring a hassle-free arrival in the US. With fleet expansions planned for 2024 and beyond, Etihad continues to grow its global network.
