Etihad Airways relaunches its pilot training programme for UAE nationals after a four-year hiatus. To support the next generation of Emirati pilots, the airline's UAE National Cadet Pilot Programme is now open to candidates aged 18 to 29 who have a high school diploma. No previous experience is needed, making it easier for more people to apply. The two-year Cadet Pilot Programme will take place in Abu Dhabi and Spain. The courses meet aviation regulations and include a mix of theoretical and practical training. The programme aims to teach technical flying skills while also preparing cadets for the lifestyle of a professional pilot.
