Expect gradual drop in UAE temperatures: NCMS

Temperatures in the UAE have started to drop by about one degree to 2 degrees Celsius as the summer season nears to an end, forecasters at the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said. The weather will continue to be hot but temperatures will have a downward trend. In Abu Dhabi, the maximum temperature recorded on Monday was 41 degrees Celsius while the other parts of the country experienced temperatures between 37 degrees Celcius to 46 degrees Celcius. Desert areas like Umm Azimul, Madinat Zayed, and other southern areas, however, may still experience temperatures between 46 degrees Celsius and 47 degrees Celsius on some days. According to NCMS, the drop in temperatures is because the UAE is now farther from the sun as the Earth rotates on its axis. The day is also shorter now by one hour because of this. Humidity levels may also decrease to a maximum of 70 percent in most areas, including Dubai, but western coastal areas will still have humidity levels from 90 to 95 percent. The next three days will continue to be "rather hot during the day and maybe moderate during the night".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
