UAE residents are advised to prepare for more rain, fog, dust, and high humidity expected in some areas this weekend as inclement weather persists. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts further rain in the eastern and southern areas on Friday and Saturday afternoons. The rain is expected to remain predominantly in the Northern Emirates, with primarily sunny spells in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. More fog is expected to descend on Saturday and Sunday, with moderate winds contributing to dusty conditions throughout the weekend. Even as the scorching summer months give way to colder climes, the UAE has recently faced erratic weather. The NCM released spectacular footage of a mini tornado whirling over Sharjah on Thursday.
