In honor of UAE Flag Day, Expo City Dubai hoisted the UAE flag at the Al Wasl Plaza on Thursday (November 3). Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation and CEO of Expo City Dubai Authority, led the flag-raising ceremony. The flag was raised as the UAE National Anthem played across the plaza, and the Expo City Dubai staff joined in to commemorate the occasion. Later tomorrow evening, the UAE colors will illuminate the 360-degree projection surface of the Al Wasl dome. Every year on November 3, UAE nationals and residents raise the national flag on homes and buildings across the country to commemorate UAE Flag Day. BKM/ Expat Media
