All-female quartet set to hold concert next month in the Philippines

  MANILA - The American all-female pop and R&B group Fifth Harmony can't wait to touch base with their Filipino fans. The quartet, which will have a concert at the Mall of Asia Arena on April 5, said in a Philippine Star interview that they are excited to "meet and connect on a personal level" with their Filipino followers aka "Filipino Harmonizers". Fifth Harmony member Dinah Jane Hansen praised Filipinos for having "amazing musical talent" saying, "you guys in the Philippines are so amazing when it comes to music, you are so talented." She also said those who will watch their concert "will have a lot of fun". "Feel free to sing with us, scream, jump, dance...do whatever you want to live in the moment. It's gonna be a lot of fun. We just can't wait to go there," Hansen added. Hansen said they know that the food in the Philippines is great. She said, "we're going to eat a lot on our first night there. I know that people there are so loving and so down to earth so I just can't wait to see and meet the people there and experience it for myself. It's gonna be great and I will tell them 'mahal kita (Filipino for 'I love you').'" The other members of Fifth Harmony are Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei and Lauren Jauregui. A fifth member, Camila Cabello, left the group last year to pursue a solo career. In their concert next month, Fifth Harmony will be joined by the Filharmonic, a Filipino-American all-male acapella group.
