A Filipina resident in Al Rigga, Dubai, was among three lucky winners of e-scooters in LM Exchange’s Filipino Fiesta promotion. Mary Anne Valenciasabah won the prize after participating in the weekly draw by sending money to the Philippines through LM Exchange’s Al Rigga branch.
