Chef Nouel Catis has launched his latest chocolate bar, Sna'ap.

Filipino culinary innovator Chef Nouel Catis, best known for his viral Dubai chocolate, has once again created a sensation with the launch of his latest chocolate bar under the brand Sna’ap. Unveiled at the FinoPinas Pop-Up in Dubai on Thursday (October 3), the new chocolate line features flavors that cater to both Filipino and international tastes. Accounts manager Bam Gudmalin, speaking to Expat Media, shared the chef's passion for constantly innovating. “Chef Catis is always coming up with new flavors because that’s what he does best. Our pistachio kunafa flavor is just the beginning, and we’ll be launching more every three months,” Gudmalin said. Sna’ap, which produces indulgent yet balanced chocolates, has already garnered a significant following online. “We’ve improved the formula, making it tastier but not too sweet. The longer shelf life also makes it easier to store and enjoy,” Gudmalin added. Currently available for pre-orders on Instagram, Sna’ap is priced at Dh28 per bar. Gudmalin emphasized that affordability is key to making high-quality chocolate accessible to everyone. “We want people from all walks of life to enjoy it,” she said. As Sna’ap continues to innovate with new flavors, it’s poised to become a staple in Dubai’s confectionery scene. With its growing online presence, the brand is also preparing for future retail availability in stores.
