A fire aboard a fishing boat in Fujairah’s Marbah port has killed one person and left another injured, authorities reported on Friday (November 22). The incident occurred late Thursday evening, with Fujairah Police receiving the emergency call at 9:48pm. The injured individuals were rushed to a hospital by the National Ambulance service. One of the victims succumbed to injuries shortly after. Local authorities have yet to release further details regarding the fire’s cause or the identities of those involved. The case remains under investigation.
