Dubai fireworks, building light shows for Saudi day

  DUBAI – A three-minute fireworks display will light up the Dubai skies to mark Saudi National Day on Thursday (September 23). Iconic buildings in Dubai will also light up in the colour of the Saudi flag, with the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, beaming a LED show at 8pm. The Frame in Zabeel Park will be illuminated in green, along with Ski Dubai and the Museum of the Future. Special shows will also be held every hour from 8pm at The Palm Fountain at The Pointe, and also Dubai Festival City Mall with its special Imagine Show. Inside the Dubai Aquarium, the Saudi flag will be raised underwater with performances at 11:45am, 2:45pm and 4:30pm.
