The Flag Garden has reopened in Jumeirah Beach, Umm Suqeim 2, marking its 12th edition as part of Dubai’s ‘National Month’ celebrations. Organised under the #ZayedAndRashid campaign and launched by Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the event features an awe-inspiring display of 11,000 UAE flags forming artistic portraits of the UAE’s Founding Fathers, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. The massive installation, spanning 60 metres high and 90 metres wide, honours their enduring legacy of unity and progress. Mahra Alyouha, member of the organising committee, said: “Over the past years, the Flag Garden has become a national icon and a prominent tourist attraction, drawing thousands of visitors.” The installation will be open to the public from November 3 to January 10, 2026, giving residents and tourists a chance to witness its visual splendour and patriotic spirit.
