Free rides on these buses in Abu Dhabi

  DUBAI - A new bus service has been launched in Abu Dhabi to give the public free rides in the city. The Hail and Ride service by the Department of Transport is on its pilot phase, with free bus rides between main bus stops in the Mussafah area. The free bus service is available daily from 6am to 10pm and will take them from one bus stop to the next. The public just needs to look for minibuses painted in white and teal. Four dedicated routes - M1, M2, M3 and M4 - will serve bus stops in Mazzyad Mall, Mussaffah Port, Dalma Mall, labour camps and the main Mussaffah terminal. The DOT said it it considering implementing the free bus service in other areas of Abu Dhabi in the future.
