Two Emirati children died in a fire at their home in Fujairah on Tuesday (June 25), authorities confirmed. The victims were identified as an 8-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. Firefighters were able to rescue a five-year-old child from the blaze. The child was reported injured in the blaze and transported to Dibba Hospital. According to Fujairah Civil Defence, the fire was reported at 2am in the victims’ home in the Tawiyin area of Fujairah. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the deadly blaze.
