A German expat in Dubai has won a 24-karat gold bar in Big Ticket’s daily electronic draw ahead of its Dh20 million grand draw on November 3. Marc Termath, who has been living in Dubai since 2011, said it is his first time to win a prize. “I started buying Big Ticket four years ago, whenever I felt lucky. I always selected tickets that had my lucky numbers, but this time I just chose my ticket randomly. It's the first time in my life that I've won a prize. I haven't told my wife yet; I'm keeping it as a surprise,” Termath said. During the same week, six other winners from India and Bangladesh each won a 24-karat gold bar in the Big Ticket daily e-draw. Customers of Big Ticket who purchase raffle tickets until October 31 are automatically entered into one of the daily electronic draws that will see one winner walk away with a 24-karat gold bar every day.
