Get free cancer screenings with the Pink Caravan

The Pink Caravan Ride (PCR) has set up nine fixed clinics in six emirates to provide free breast cancer screenings and raise community awareness of the condition. Starting January 20 until February 10, the facilities will be open from 4pm to 10pm, offering free tests. The Friends of Cancer Patients (FOCP) will offer these free medical examinations at the stationary clinics during the pan-UAE breast cancer awareness ride to reach a larger part of the community. The medical clinics will be open to the public around the UAE before the start of the 11th annual Pink Caravan Ride, which will occur between February 4th and 10th. PCR will also hold clinic sessions to raise awareness and teach individuals how to self-examine to diagnose breast cancer early on and ensure prompt treatment and recovery. Screenings will be available to men and women at the following locations: Sharjah will have three clinics in Al Majaz Waterfront, Mega Mall, and Lulu Hypermarket in Al Butina. Citizens and residents in Dubai can take advantage of the free medical screening at Lulu Hypermarket in Al Barsha and Mirdif City Centre. In Ajman, the stationary clinic in China Mall will provide early detection for both men and women. Free screenings will also be available at Lulu Hypermarket for Umm Al Quwain in Mall of UAQ, Fujairah in LULU Mall, and Ras Al Khaimah in Mall of RAK, providing citizens and residents this vital service in aid of early breast cancer detection.
