Global Village has announced a special limited-time family offer for the holy month, giving visitors four entry tickets for Dh30. That effectively means three tickets come free under the deal. The offer is available exclusively at Global Village ticket counters. Additional tickets can be purchased as add-ons for Dh7.50 each, making it easier for bigger families and groups to enter together. The destination said the initiative aims to help families gather for iftar and suhoor while exploring its wide range of dining, shopping and entertainment options. The promotion comes as the UAE marks 2026 as the Year of Family and as Global Village celebrates its 30th season. Ramadan is expected to begin around February 19, subject to official moon-sighting confirmation by the UAE’s Moon Sighting Committee. During the holy month, Global Village will operate daily from 5pm. Closing time will be 1am from Sunday to Wednesday and 2am from Thursday to Saturday. Visitors can also expect a series of Ramadan-themed experiences across the park. A special drone show is scheduled for the first Friday of Ramadan, lighting up the night sky above the venue. A new “10,000-step challenge” will also run through the Global Village mobile app. Guests who complete 10,000 steps in a single visit can qualify for rewards, as outlined in the app. Families looking for a relaxed space to gather can head to “Multaqa Global Village,” a free tent-style seating area inspired by traditional majlis settings. The space is designed for groups spending time together during iftar, suhoor or late-night visits. Live Ramadan entertainment will take place on the main stage throughout the month, including oud, nay, harp, violin and orchestra performances, along with traditional Tannoura shows. These performances are included in the regular entry ticket. ICA/Expat Media
