  DUBAI - Complaints regarding health insurance can be filed online so that the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) can resolve them within two to three days, an official said. Dr Haidar Al Yousuf, director of health funding at the DHA, said resolutions don't take longer than four working days in 95 percent of cases.
