Filipino actress and socialite, Heart Evangelista, also known globally as a fashion enthusiast, was spotted in Dubai on Friday (October 25) night. Heart posted a candid photo on her Instagram stories, showing her with her team on what seemed to be a shuttle at Dubai International Airport. “What’s the gossip?” she wrote in her caption. It was then followed by a photo of the Burj Khalifa. Heart is set to receive Fashion Factor's prestigious Fashion Icon Award in Dubai on October 26-27, 2024, recognising her outstanding contributions to the fashion industry.
