Here’s how you can watch the grandest, last meteor shower of 2022

Catch this year's last meteor shower from Wednesday (December 14) to Thursday (December 15). According to Dubai Astronomy Group CEO Hasan Al Hariri, watchers won't need special equipment or skills to view a meteor shower. A clear sky and a spot away from the city lights is what you need to get a good look at celestial event. However, the moon might outshine fainter meteors this year by 70 percent. Dubai Astronomy Group will host an astronomy event on December 14 at Al Qudra in Dubai from 8pm to 12am. The event will also include: – Observation of the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn with a telescope – Astrophotography session – Sky mapping – Naked-eye observation of the meteors and more Tickets for the event start at Dh70.
