Food lovers in Dubai have another reason to visit Hong Gourmet Hypermarket this June, with the launch of a new Hot Pot Challenge and a range of discounted dining offers at the popular Asian retail and dining destination. Located in Al Satwa, Hong Gourmet Hypermarket has become a favourite stop for shoppers looking for imported Asian products, trending snacks and unique dining experiences under one roof. This month, customers can enjoy special menu promotions while also getting the chance to compete for prizes through the hypermarket’s latest food challenge.

Win up to Dh500 in the Hot Pot Challenge

One of the highlights of the June promotion is the Hot Pot Challenge, which gives diners the chance to win dining vouchers worth up to Dh500. Customers who spend at least Dh50 can fill out an entry form with their contact details and place it in the designated drop box. Winners will be selected through twice-monthly draws and invited to compete in the challenge. The competition is simple but not necessarily easy: contestants must finish a 1kg hot pot meal as quickly as possible. The first participant to complete the challenge wins a Dh500 voucher, while contestants who take part will receive a Dh50 voucher as a consolation prize.

The dish features crispy fish coated in a glossy sweet-and-tangy sauce that balances savoury flavours with a hint of sweetness. One of the standout offers is the 1kg Hibiscus Flower Fruit Tea served in a bucket-style container. Priced at Dh15.90 instead of Dh22, the oversized drink blends floral hibiscus notes with fruity flavours, making it a refreshing option for Dubai’s summer temperatures and ideal for sharing.
