IchiRyu Ramen House, Dubai’s multi-award-winning Japanese restaurant, is headed to Sharjah for its highly anticipated "Ramen Nights." This exclusive pop-up collaboration with Sabaku Japanese restaurant will run for a limited time, offering ramen lovers a unique culinary experience, executives confirmed to Expat Media. “IchiRyu Ramen House is once again delighted to have been invited to share our food and services to one of UAE’s emirates, Sharjah. We couldn’t be more excited and enthusiastic to partner with Sabaku for this endeavour,” said IchiRyu Executive Chef Touru de Guzman. “We are thrilled to bring the best ramen in the UAE to UNESCO’s cultural capital of the Arab world,” Beth Climaco-De Guzman, Sales and Marketing Head  for IchiRyu Ramen House, told Expat Media. The collaboration, scheduled for January 31, February 1, 7, and 8, will serve guests from 6pm to 1am at Sabaku in Aljada. Fans of Japanese cuisine can look forward to a diverse menu at Ramen Nights, including IchiRyu’s signature dishes and Sabaku’s Japanese specialties. IchiRyu will be serving six of its best-selling ramen: aka paitan (red ramen), famous for its three levels of spicyness; the Chef’s Special or the Kotteri ramen, shiro paitan (white ramen), kuro paitan (black ramen), the pesto-flavoured midori paitan (green ramen) and the rich truffle ramen. Located in Dubai, IchiRyu Ramen House was founded by three Filipino brothers—Chef Touru, Karl De Guzman, and Nicolai De Guzman—who share a deep passion for Japanese cuisine. Known for its authentic ramen, drinks, and side dishes, the restaurant has become a favourite among UAE diners. IchiRyu’s stellar reputation is backed by accolades, including the Best Ramen Restaurant award at the Arabian Best of the Best Awards last December.
